POS Barn supports all products and services in house. All software support and software updates are handled by our main office while all hardware support is handled by local technicians. Our technicians are highly trained, allowing them to easily diagnosis and fix problems. We provide support to all of our merchants in a timely fashion done correctly the first time.
When merchants experience problems with their service, software or hardware, they call the support line at our main office, just one number. Different problems do not require merchants to call different companies. POS Barn has local technicians available to repair and replace defective hardware in your establishment. Other POS providers require merchants to call a separate phone number just for hardware support and then wait days for the new replacement hardware.
